We hear the word mindfulness being flung around a lot.

So, what's it all about?

Mindfulness is self-awareness, being aware of ourselves, our thoughts and our behaviours and how we react to the world around us.

This course is super helpful is you want to break bad habits and negative thinking - giving you a chance to look at everything with a fresh mind and a fresh pair of eyes.

We offer Mindfulness as one of our core courses. Our core courses run every eight weeks and are open to both new and older members whether you want to join the course for the first time or take a refresher course.
