Spaces are now open on our Anxiety Management course which will be delivered over zoom starting 16th May 7 – 9pm.
This helpful seven-week course will equip you with essential techniques and tools to deal with anxiety all while learning from the comfort of your own home.
The course is open to all our PSS members and to people new to our organisation (if you are new please ensure you have completed a wellbeing plan before the course starting date. Wellbeing plans can be booked using our contact details below).
