Feeling ready to take on a new challenge? How about a socially distanced active group that would meet weekly and support each other to get moving, get fit and aim to complete a 5km jog.

Trail-blazed by the NHS , 'Couch to 5KM' is a week by week process to help you get moving, build up fitness and develop running skills in a supported & measured pace.
A 9 week course that starts gently ; brisk walking & alternating short runs until we build up our stamina and
confidence to go further...
We will most likely deliver these sessions from Sefton Park or Princes Park depending on interest.
