The Attitude of Gratitude


The 'Attitude of Gratitude' can be a helpful way to refocus our attention and perspective. It has been reported that the daily practice of gratitude can go some way to helping people with lifting their mood, interrupting negative thought patterns and feeling more connected.

We invite people to practice this as part of our Lifting Mood course; why not give it a go?!

I am grateful for all my supplies. and a comfortable house to live in so i am lucky to have this.And others have not.
