Men's Health Event coming soon
On Tuesday 18th of November, 9.30am 12.30pm, a Men's Health Event is coming to St Bede's Church, Fern Grove, to support anyone who identifies as male. This day provides a great opportunity to check in on your physical and emotional health with mental health advice, blood pressure checks, cancer care advice and a relaxation session provided by yours truly, PSS Wellbeing Centres. The event is free so come along and put your wellbeing first.
