Urgent mental health support

If you are concerned about an immediate risk of self harm or your physical health is at significant risk because of overdose or injury, it may be necessary to call an ambulance. Call 999 for emergency medical assistance.

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis and don't feel you can keep yourself safe right now; You can seek immediate help, by clicking here for info on your local NHS mental health helpline. In Liverpool this is called the Mersey Care - Your Wellbeing Urgent mental health support helpline. You can call 24 hours a day on: 0151 296 7200.
