Urgent mental health support

​

If you are concerned about an immediate risk of self harm or your physical health is at significant risk because of overdose or injury, it may be necessary to call an ambulance. Call 999 for emergency medical assistance.

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis and don't feel you can keep yourself safe right now; please seek immediate help, by contacting your local NHS mental health helpline.

Getting support from PSS Wellbeing Centre

​

How can I get mental health support and join live sessions with the PSS Wellbeing Centres?

  

If you identify as having a mental health challenge, you live in Liverpool (Liverpool City Council area) and you are 18-years old or over; you might also be able to join in on our live mental health sessions and get group support from our Wellbeing Centre team.  This way you can meet other people with similar experiences, whilst getting free, mental health support. Get in touch with the team here.

Looking for online support?

The online resources and activities on the Upbeat website are free for everyone to view and access. We won't ask for any information about you to access them and you don’t need to sign-up. This means you can read articles without saving them or subscribing to Upbeat.
