The Be Well Programme is a series of courses and activities you can get involved with if you are newly connected to the PSS Wellbeing Centres. Over a three-month period, you can choose from a range of wellbeing activities that you feel will best support you on your wellbeing journey with us. You can self-refer or ask a health professional to refer you by visiting our 'How to Get Involved' page.
The Keeping Well Programme is for people who have already completed the Be Well Programme. It’s for anyone who wants to continue their support with us to maintain better mental health. We like to think of it as a gym membership for the mind, where people attend a fortnightly session to stay connected and well. It’s mainly run by volunteer peer supporters, who are people that also started their wellbeing journey with us and now want to give something back.
All of our courses are run from various locations around Liverpool—Belle Vale, the City Centre, and Garston. You can find out more about where we're based on our contact us page. - We also offer Zoom sessions for our weekly meditation and open-mic sessions.
