How can I get mental health support and join live sessions with the PSS Wellbeing Centres?

If you identify as having a mental health challenge, you live in Liverpool (Liverpool City Council area) and you are 18-years old or over; you might also be able to join in on our live mental health sessions and get group support from our Wellbeing Centre team.  This way you can meet other people with similar experiences, whilst getting free, mental health support. Get in touch with the team here.

Or complete a self-referral form and email it to wellbeingcentres@pss.org.uk.
