What online mental health support sessions do we offer?
Upbeat Liverpool can support you to be calm, be creative, be healthy and manage your emotions with lots of free online resources. But you can also choose to sign up to additional online support sessions and activities provided live via Zoom by PSS Wellbeing Centre staff and our partners. These are all free but you'll just need to have a quick chat to our team first to get signed up. Once you're signed up, we'll send you the details you need to log in online.
Live Evening Meditation for Relaxation & Sleep
Good quality sleep does wonders for our wellbeing! Why not join Cath for a 45min guided meditation designed to help you rest and drift off to sleep.
For this session all you have to do is sign in and sit/lay back - you won't go on camera, be able to see other members or share on this feed, its purely about down time for you! If you use a profile picture for your zoom account this will show up...
