A 'Goodbye' from Nikki G...

Well, it's been a strange old time hasn't it?!

Lately, I've been hearing many people say that they're feeling called to re-assess, re-arrange and re-evaluate their life path. This too resonates with me and after some soul searching I've decided to make a move & re-root myself in Scotland for the foreseeable future...Sadly this means I'll be moving on from my role with PSS Wellbeing Centres and although I'm deeply sad to say goodbye I'm also excited for my next chapter!

Change, I feel, can be simultaneously scary and exciting - sometimes one has to move beyond one's comfort zone in order to truly grow and here I'll quote Susan Jeffers 'Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway'; which if you haven't had a chance to read is well worth a wee look-see, especially for ideas on managing anxiety and feelings of fear.

I am always humbled by the strength , perseverance , talent and kindness that I encounter and observe from the people I have met at the Wellbeing Centres. I believe that I wouldn't be who/how I am today were it not for all of the interactions, experiences and learnings during my time here and so 'Thank you'- I really will miss many of the brilliant people I have met along the way!

I'll still be on the team for the next couple of weeks and hope to be able to say farewell to many of you ,alas if not in person please know that I am wishing you well and all the best on your own personal journey.

And so... 'So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, goodbye!'
