Evening Meditation with Cath
Join Cath for a calming evening meditation on zoom, designed for relaxation and sleep
Evening meditations help us to prepare for a truly restful night. When we settle the mind, we rest the body, and that restfulness is what makes it easier for us to wind down and drift off.
This session is held every Thursday evening from 8.30pm to 9.15pm. Cath will be live on video but all the participants have their video and audio switched off - especially useful if you don't like having to see yourself on zoom or want your privacy protected.
