Meditation on Zoom every Thursday

Did you know that, every week, we have an Online Evening Meditation session hosted on Zoom?


Our lovely Wellbeing Practitioner Cath holds the session every Thursday night from 8.30pm - 9.15pm, helping you wind down and get a restful night sleep.


Also, don't worry about being on screen as all cameras are turned off besides Cath's, ensuring you to enjoy a private session where you can get away with wearing your PJs!


To attend this session you don't need to register or apply, just log in at 8.30pm and enjoy.
