South Liverpool Homes are hosting their annual family event at their community garden on Tuesday 4 November, 3.30pm–6pm, open to all ages. Enjoy seasonal crafts, a fire dancer, fair rides, and free refreshments with friends and neighbours. New informal men’s group
South Liverpool Homes are launching a new informal men’s group with Imagine Independence on Friday 7th November, 1.30–3.30pm at The Market Place Social.
The first session is all about hearing from you, what would you like the group to be? It could be a safe space to chat about how you’re feeling, or something more social like snooker, darts, bowling, or board games. The choice is yours!
Come along, share your ideas, and help shape a group designed by men, for men, in a welcoming environment.

Help shape hate crime policy
Join the South Liverpool Homes tenant focus group, led by Stop Hate UK, to share your views and experiences.
The group takes place on Monday the 10th of November, 1:30–2:45pm, at The Market Place Social. £30 gift voucher is available for all participants. Joining the focus group is a powerful way to help shape safer, more inclusive communities.
By sharing your experiences and ideas, you’ll be contributing directly to improvements that can make a real difference in how services are delivered and how people feel in their neighbourhoods. It is understood that some people may feel nervous about speaking up, especially if they’ve experienced or witnessed something difficult.
That’s why the focus group will be a safe, confidential space, where everyone’s views are respected and protected.Let’s build safer, more inclusive communities together.

Discover the joy of Boccia!
Boccia (sit-down bowls) is a fun, gentle way for people of all ages and abilities to stay active, improve mobility, and make friends. Sessions take place every Friday, 10.30am - 11.30am at The Market Place. Free to attend and open to all, but spaces are limited on a first-come basis.

Chair-based exercise at The Market Place

Each Thursday from 1 to 2pm at The Market Place, these gentle sessions are designed to boost wellbeing, improve strength, and keep you moving in a safe and supported way.
