What's Happening Liverpool

Frazzled Cafe is a mental health charity set up in 2017. Created by comedian Ruby Wax OBE, our free online and face-to-face meetings provide a place for people who are feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of everyday life to talk and share their stories. People of every age and circumstance now attend Frazzled Cafe meetings every single day. Click here for the website: https://www.frazzledcafe.org/.

And this is the link which will tell you all about the online meetings: https://www.frazzledcafe.org/meetings/

Starting on the 7th November, our experienced Facilitator Paul will be hosting a new face-to-face meeting every Tuesday evening at the Netherton Park Neighbourhood Centre for people within the Merseyside area, after the successful launch of a similar meeting on Tuesday mornings. We believe this new session will be an invaluable free resource for the community, offering a safe and supportive environment for individuals who may be struggling with their mental well-being.
