Try something new this spring with Cath's six week floor yoga course for beginners!
Have you always thought you'd like to give yoga a try, but the thought of joining a class has been daunting?
This course will be especially for people that are new to yoga, so that you can feel comfortable knowing that everyone else is a beginner too!
Cath's gentle practice is all about mindful movement, breathing, and relaxation which is great for stress and anxiety.
Classes will be in The Avenue, Mondays at 1.30 starting 11th March.
