Bee Inspired!


Hello Spring! The days are getting warmer and the bees are emerging from their winter slumber..........


Bee Keeping is Back at Dutch Barn!



A 6 week course starting on Friday 22nd April 10am-12pm


There will be a mixture of theory and practical activity covering all aspects of maintaining and managing Dutch Barn’s very own beehives.


Topics include bee biology, beekeeping equipment, why and when to inspect bees, how to tell the colony is building well and swarm control. A commitment is required to become a bee guardian of Dutch Farm bees after the course


Beekeeping suits will be provided for the sessions, but please bring your own wellies!


Open to anyone 18 or over living in Liverpool, and experiencing depression, anxiety or other forms of emotional distress. To attend the course we ask you to become a member of PSS Wellbeing Centres by completing a 1-1 Wellbeing Plan with one of the team.
