Breathe Easy with Restorative Yoga

In life we are normally so busy rushing around that we forget the need to breathe and just slow down.

This is where Restorative Yoga comes in.

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice which encourages the body to enter a deep state of relaxation using props to support the body.

Our Wellbeing Practitioner Cath Slomka will be running Restorative Yoga at the Avenue starting the 5th of June, 1.30pm – 3pm, for eight weeks.

Register your interest today be emailing: wellbeingcentres@pss.org.uk or calling 0151 708 0415.

When everything started to go "back to normal " after the Pandemic, it started to go too fast, people dashing around catching up with things, all the quiet roads less air pollution have gone again sadly, as have the clear skies with less aeroplane trails, but with restorative yoga, we can embrace what we have, sometimes we all need something to lean on to support us until we get stronger again, especially in outdoors or roomy ventilated indoors. Thank You Cath , your a star 🌟
