Join Cath for an evening relaxation & sleep meditation live on zoom.
Sessions run weekly on Thursday evenings from 21st January at 8.30pm and last for 45mins.
Although we are using zoom as the platform, this meditation is delivered as a live webinar, meaning all you have to do is sign in, sit/lay back and follow the live meditation as Cath guides you into a restful slumber - you won't go on camera, be able to see other members or share on this feed, its purely about down time for you! However if you do have a profile picture for your zoom account this will show up...
