This 7 week course helps us to understand what causes depression, how it affects our lives and the steps we can take to lift our mood. We also explore the close connection between depression and the way we view ourselves. Together we'll explore: · Signs and symptoms of depression · Meditation for Calming the Mind · Challenging Negative Thoughts · Positive Affirmations
· Building Self-Esteem · Making Positive Lifestyle Changes The course starts Wednesday 21st September 10.30am-12.00pm and runs as 7 weekly sessions at PSS 111 Mount Pleasant L3 5TF There's only a couple of places left, so if you're interested please contact the team to chat over your options.
