Poetry of Socks and Cats and Old Fashioned Sundays

Hello! Big thanks to Gill and John for this week's poems.

And here's a clever and funny poem from Harry Baker about the love between two numbers. Worth a watch.

The next poetry post will be the last as we're planning some new things and you know what they say - a change is as good as a rest. So instead of reading new poems, I'll be looking back at over the last 16 months to present some lockdown highlights. Hope you'll pop in then.

Great poetry people! My socks go missing too John, always a mystery. Interesting too how many pairs of socks people have. I don't have that many but I know somebody who has 100 pairs!!

Lovely poem Gill about your new cat Roxy, she sounds like a ball of fun and cuddliness.

Tracy as ever very evocative of the time and capturing the eerie stillness.
