Our ever so fantastic peer volunteer Corinne Jones has sourced two great days out for the month of May with a godly exhibition and a visit to John Lennon’s infamous Strawberry Field.
The Return of the Gods exhibition is our first trip in May and invites you mere mortals to marvel at over hundred sculptures and statues depicting the most legendary and fearsome overlords in Greek mythology.
We then swap Mount Olympus for a Strawberry Field for our second trip, as we invite you to join an uplifting exhibition and garden tour that explores the place that inspired John Lennon’s legendary hit ‘Strawberry Fields Forever’.
The Return of the Gods: Meeting Wednesday 17th of May, 10.45am outside the Liverpool World Museum. The Return of the Gods tickets are free and we have two remaining spaces.
Strawberry Field: Meeting 12.45am Queens Square stand 8 to get a bus to Beaconsfield Road location. Strawberry Field has an entry fee of £5 and we have 10 spaces available.
If either of these trips tickles your fancy be sure to get in touch with us to secure your place, please be aware that spots are reserved for PSS members only.
