Every Thursday - from 8.30pm - 9.15pm - Cath's Online Evening Meditation is delivered to the comfort of your own home over Zoom.
There's no need to show your face onscreen, so enjoy a calming session in your own home in your PJS, with your cat or with a face mask on!
Meditation is extremely beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety levels, helping you feel more calm, relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep.
