Winter Wildlife Walk and Owl Watching at Lunt Meadows Nature Reserve
Tue Dec 20 2022 at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Lunt Road Lunt, Liverpool L29 7WL England
Phone: 0151 920 3769
Join our project staff and volunteers for a wildlife spotting tour of Lunt Meadows.
Our team will teach you how to identify and facts about the seasonal wildlife at home on the reserve, which may include plants, mammals, fungi, insects and birds – it all depends on what we see. We will finish of the walk with some owl watching at the most likely spot to see them hunt. Please note that we cannot guarantee the owls will turn up but there is a very good chance that they will.
This is great opportunity to learn about UK wildlife, the habitat work we do and get some fresh air.
We will be sticking to paths but some parts of this walk will be on uneven or muddy ground so please wear sensible walking shoes like hiking boots or wellies and appropriate clothing for the weather. We recommend you bring binoculars if you own some as we will have limited pairs to lend out.
More opportunities coming soon!
